How to Delete Your Vetted Account & Data
Vetted respects your right to control your personal data. You can delete your Vetted account and all associated personal information at any time using one of the methods below.
Option 1 — Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the Vetted app on your iOS device.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the ⋯ (more) menu or Settings.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can email us directly to request deletion of your account.
Send an email to
info@vettedpros.app
with the subject line "Delete My Account".
Please include the email address associated with your Vetted account so we can locate and delete it. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your profile information (name, username, email, phone number, avatar)
- Authentication credentials (password, OAuth tokens)
- Uploaded videos, thumbnails, and associated metadata
- Practice profile details (business name, EIN, NPI, specializations, insurance accepted)
- Likes, comments, shares, and view history
- Messages sent or received through the app
- Referral history and promo code redemptions
- Push notification tokens
Please note: Some records may be retained in anonymized form where required by law (for example, financial records related to paid subscriptions, or audit logs required for compliance). These retained records contain no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to you.
